   Beth Tilbury (Chair)

Beth has owned Celebrate! Cakes for ten years and been a vendor at KFM for six.  Delicious artisan cupcakes and reversible pet bandanas are her specialties.  Beth has previously served on the Board as Secretary, but this is her first time as Chair, and she is very excited about this year’s Board and its many ideas for the coming Market season.  She supports many charities with her baking, animal charities being particularly close to her heart.

Shaunna Wolfe (Secretary)

Shaunna has been part of her family business at Rochon Gardens since she was very young.  She now manages booths at 3 farmer’s markets and manages the CSA vegetable box program on behalf of Rochon Gardens.  Shaunna is looking forward to this coming year and being able to contribute to Kemptville farmer’s market in 2019.

Catherine ten Den (Treasurer)

Catherine has run her own entrepreneurial businesses for over 50 years.  Her specialties are Belgian chocolate, and wide variety of related products.  She also has an extensive line of fibre arts available.  Catherine participates in several farmers’ markets in the area.  She has served on volunteer committees since the 1970’s.  Her wide range of knowledge and skills is a definite benefit to any organization.

General Board Members

Joanne Krock   Vice Chair

Joanne brings plenty of experience to the board, having had several careers from childcare provider, real estate, and a lengthy career in management within the public service.  Having four active children led to participation in and organization of many community sports and music events.  She is always willing to lend a hand and is a strong supporter of buying local.

Lois Wiseman   Special Events,

Lois Wiseman is the board’s new Special Events Coordinator.  A Massachusetts native, Lois came to Canada after 32 years of teaching.  Her home business, An Original by Lois Wiseman, features the items created during the hours she spends at her sewing machine.  Lois brings to the KFM Board her six years as a member of the Spencerville Mill Board of Directors.  At the mill, she manages the gift shop, and she has worked to plan many special events from a vintage children’s carnival to a childrens’ summer camp.
Lois is a veteran volunteer at the annual Kemptville District Hosptial fundraiser, Hey Day.  She lives in Kemptville with her husband, Gary.  Lois also runs a successful bed & breakfast.  When not at her sewing machine or volunteering, Lois can be found at the farm, pursuing her love of miniature horses.  She is looking forward to an active and successful summer market season.  She has a full season of special events ready to go.

Bruce Enloe   Community Liaison

Bruce is a chef, author and musician and is one of the founders and a past chair of the Kemptville Farmers’ Market.  This will be his 12th year of involvement in the market and he is happy to be back on the board in an official capacity this season.  As community liaison, he is the contact for booking music, the business table, and the community table– email him at if you are interested in any of these market opportunities.
