150 Canadian Tastes in North Grenville

You are invited to apply to participate as a vendor for “150 Canadian

Tastes in North Grenville” special farmer’s market, July 19, 2017 from

2pm – 7 pm on the grounds of the Kemptville College.

This free community event is presented by Kemptville Live

Festival through the support of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism,

Culture and Sport and the Ontario 150 Community

Celebrations Program and in association with the Kemptville

Farmer’s Market.

Our goal is to present a combination of 150 “tastes” ranging from food

and drinks to music, drama and art, drawing the public to North Grenville

for a day of cultural and culinary discovery. The event will be marketed in

print and on radio May through July. We expect to see a minimum of 800-

1000 patrons and would like to see over 150 vendors!

Food and drink vendors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ presentation area

while artists, artisans and special presentations may be afforded more

room as is required and available.

All participants will be provided the opportunity to be included in the

event “passport” for marketing purposes.

Vendors will not pay a registration fee but food and drink vendors are

expected to provide samples to passport holders. For additional

information on this 150 event please feel free to contact us

The event will be licensed under the AGCO as a special event sales

license. Craft breweries, wineries and distillers may offer samples.

VQA wineries will be provided an area for sale outside of the license

event providing the appropriate licensing has been presented.

To be considered as a participant for this event, you must complete

the registration form on the 150 Tastes page online at

Warm regards,
